As promised, the post on my trip to Gold Coast is here :D
First day's activities were to the Paradise Country Farm & Mount Nathan Winery respectively.
I felt that paradise country farm was better, although there it was not air-conditioned @.@
The weather there was scorching hot, and they made us stand under the sun.
But the shows were rather entertaining. The winery was more for the adults.

Rule of Australia : Any children below age of 18 drinks alcohol in the public/shops, they will be fined, so does the shop owner, shop assistant, parents -.-

Like fantastic or not ? So strict !

Koala bears. I think they're getting old lah. None of them moves !

Family photo with the koala bear. Sad case seriously, the face of the koala wasn't facing the photographer ]:

Some of the plushies displayed on the reception counter. Not worth it i tell you, that's why i didn't buy any souvenirs.
Don't believe me ? Evidence is shown below later.

First up, sheep shearing. If you don't know what it means, it is the shaving of a sheep, so no wool left for the mammal ! Muahahahaha :P

Here's our shearer, Jeff. He's leaning against a _____ to shave the sheep's wool, to prevent getting any aches at the end of the day.

I announce the shearing of sheep begins !

Photos with Jeff. That's my sister, Kristy (fyi)

Next up was the cow milking. Sorry, didn't get any pictures of the whip cracking.
Maybe my sister has it, she's much of a photo spammer than i am :P So kudos to that !

That obviously isn't the way to milking the cow, is it -.- Common sense tells us so.

Here it comes !!! The guy was squirting the milk at the people sitting in the cabin next to us.

Okay, so here comes the winery section. Like god damn finally my air-con comes -.-

The spot whereby all the adults get to taste the different types of wines.

Went to their backyard and took a snap of the sheeps.
But then very weird leh, the winery make wines right, then how come they need to rear sheep !

The view of the backyard. Look in the middle-right section, there's a plantation. Not sure what it is though.
My dad actually went to pluck one of the grapes the people were growing ! Like fantastic anot ? He's super thick-skinned man.

Reached the hotel after a 987654321 years -.- I was effing tired can, just felt like dropping onto the queen-sized bed to sleep.
The view here at the balcony was fab lah, a whole wide range of the city and sea.

See what i mean ?!

That's the city-part.

The first day has ended. Well, not exactly, i haven't got any pictures of us having dinner and shopping. I think my sister has it once again ._. Heh

One thing i love about Australia ? They have schoolies (or is there a different way to call it ?)
Whereby students who finished their A level or O levels get to attend activities organised by that particular city !
So its like while my family are walking down the street to window-shop, loads of teenagers were filling up the air w/ noise.

If Singapore has that, i confirm we all go bonkers -.- Right ? Haha !
I say all of them has such a fantastic sense of fashion, ALL and i mean it -.- Not like Singaporeans, some wear until so plain.

This should be it, the first day at Gold Coast ! Day 2 would be posted up on Saturday :D
